Nicola Hall and David Ford, founders of Ingenica Solutions, welcome Dr Damien Marmion as CEO to the senior executive team, to lead the business through to the next phase of growth.
Ingenica Solutions has already grown markedly, expanding its substantial footprint in the healthcare market to secure a dominant position as the leading inventory management solution provider to the NHS.
Dr Damien Marmion brings a wealth of experience in scaling fast growing businesses, and has a strong, highly-established background in healthcare spanning more than 25 years. Most recently Damien held the role of CEO at AXA Health Global Business Line and was previously the CEO at BUPA’s UK health insurance business, including international experience across Hong Kong, India and Singapore.
Founder Nicola Hall is moving to the role of chief operating officer, specifically to stay closer to the day-to-day business, customers and market within the UK. Nicola Hall said, “This expanded leadership at Ingenica will help us scale up the business for further growth. This is an incredibly positive sign of how much we have grown and our future potential. It is a new chapter in the Ingenica journey.”
