New CEO appointed by Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust

Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust (NCH&C) has appointed a new Chief Executive, Stephen Collman, who will join the trust in early 2022. 

Geraldine Broderick, Chair of NCH&C, said: “Stephen clearly demonstrated that he is fully aligned to the values of our trust and that he has the exemplary leadership skills required to ensure that NCH&C continues to play a key role in delivering community health and care as part of the developing local Integrated Care System. This is combined with a dedication to ensuring the patient remains at the heart of what we do and a passion for staff support, development and engagement.”

Stephen Collman is a qualified mental health nurse and previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust.  

Stephen Collman said: “I am delighted to be taking on the role of Chief Executive of Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust. Throughout the process, I have been impressed by the values, vision and ambition of the trust, and our system partners. By holding to these values we can continue to improve the health and well-being of the people we serve.” 

NCH&C’s Deputy Chief Executive, John Webster, will act as Interim CEO until Stephen Collman joins the trust.  

Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust have been rated “outstanding” according to the latest inspection report published by the Care Quality Commission.
